Individual Nutritional Consultations – in person and remote
Guided Interventions – Prepay for a service of 4 hours of structured consultations. An initial 2-hour session and two 1-hour sessions. This includes 2 sets of worksheets and handouts.
Intensive Transformation – Prepay for a service of 5 hours or more hours mutually designed consultations at a rate of $130/hr.
Kitchen Visits – minimum of 3 hours
Guided Shopping Excursions – minimum of 3 hours
Community Events – Book group, movie night , etc, to share in an intentional group focused on building health and vitality.
Group Services – Presentations/workshops/corporate wellness programs.
Photo Shoot – of your beautiful NOW! Digital results given.
