Nutrition Brainstorming
for FSHD
There is no cure for FSHD.

But there is knowing more about it and optimizing for health and vitality.

Let's do that.

There are many differences in lifestyle between an olympic athlete and a person who runs a little and does a few push ups every now and then.

Their lifestyle is different and their results are different.

Not everyone can be an olympic athlete, no matter how healthy and athletically intense their lifestyle.  We all have different genetic potentials.

But everyone can move towards optimizing their health and movement capacity with lifestyle practices.

We have some great models.  Let's start by checking out the olympic athletes and the body builders.  We can learn from them.  These athletes need to engage intently to achieve their athletic goals. And we all need to engage intently if we also have high althletic or high health goals!  Let's be bold and dynamic and go forward with information, possibilities, intention, enthusiasm, fun and willingness to engage intentely in this life - building and developing with the body that we were uniquely gifted with.
