I’ve been researching tax services online and came across this option to Request a Consultation. I’m wondering if it’s actually beneficial to do this before committing to a service. 

Has anyone here tried requesting a consultation first to understand their tax situation better? I feel like it might help clarify costs, services, and expectations upfront, especially for someone with a slightly complex financial situation. Would love to hear your experiences or advice on whether this step really adds value or if it’s just optional.
