I’ve sunk way too many hours into Path of Exile 2 lately – somewhere north of 500. Loot feels tighter, ceilings feel fairer. Still, I can’t help but think about how it could go from “really good” to “can’t stop playing,” especially if PoE 2 Currency gets a few more ways to shake up the grind.
Fresh Energy for the Endgame
The Atlas is clever but after a while it’s just… maps. What if there was an “Atlas Renaissance” – a way to climb toward big milestones that spit out unique scarabs or golden tablets? I imagine something like a Conqueror Vault after a long stretch of maps where loot bursts out in ridiculous fashion. Playing with mates could be smoother too. At the moment, only the host’s Atlas pushes forward. Why not a shared guild Atlas so progress feels like a team sport? No more chat arguments over whose turn it is – just jump in and crush monsters together.
Keeping Loot Exciting
Yeah, the new loot tweaks help, but some runs still feel dry as sand. Upping the juice on quant tablets or letting us craft chunky four-mod rares would keep a session feeling alive. Players shouldn’t have to farm hundreds of maps before seeing one satisfying drop. Refund costs for passives are still painful at high levels – cut them down and people will try more experimental paths. A “teleport to party” button would save so much dead time; running halfway across a zone just to catch up kills momentum fast.
Performance and Features
The chaos on-screen can sometimes knock the frame rate, and even on strong gear it’s not always smooth. In an ideal world, I’d be seeing 1440p at 120fps everywhere in-game. Add in a steady stream of fresh content – the teased Druid class sounds perfect – plus replayable campaigns so alts don’t feel repetitive. The trade system is moving forward with async deals, but it screams for a bulk-trading option to stop people from sniping every big offer out from under you.
Why I’m Still Hooked
Builds cost a lot if you want to stay at the top, and finding the resources can be a real slog. Sometimes you just want to skip the grind and blast straight into a new idea. That’s when grabbing some power through preserved jawbone poe2 makes sense – it’s quick, safe, and lets you test wild setups without sinking weeks into farming. GGG’s groundwork is already solid, but with the right tweaks, PoE2 could dominate the ARPG scene for years to come.
